How do I create a jobseeker account?
Click Get Started, choose Job Seeker, and complete registration with a valid email address.
How do employers post a job?
Register as an employer, complete your company profile, then use Post a Job from the employer dashboard.
Are courses paid?
Most trainings are paid. Each course page shows price, mode, and enrollment details before you submit an enquiry.
Can I edit my profile after applying?
Yes. Update your profile anytime from the candidate account area. New applications will use your latest details.
How do I reset my password?
Use Forgot Password on the login page. We will email a reset link if the account exists.
Where can I read company policies?
Visit Privacy Policy and Terms of Service from the website footer, or open them under CMS pages.
How do I contact support?
Email support@careerportal.com or open the Contact page for phone and response-time details.
Do FAQ answers appear publicly?
Only FAQs marked Active in the admin panel are shown on the public FAQ page.
