How do I upgrade or downgrade my employer plan?

You can switch packages anytime from the company dashboard. The new plan activates immediately and remaining credits roll into your new allowance.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We support major credit cards, PayPal, and invoice billing for annual partnerships. All transactions are processed securely.

Can I get an invoice for accounting?

Absolutely. Every purchase emails a PDF invoice and you can download past invoices inside Payment History.

Posting & managing jobs

How long does a job remain visible?

Standard posts run for 30 days. Featured campaigns stay pinned to the top of listings for the entire duration.

Can I duplicate an existing job?

Yes, use "Duplicate job" from your manage jobs table to reuse settings, then update any details before publishing.

Do you support external apply links?

When composing a job, add your ATS or careers-site URL. We'll route candidates there while still tracking stats on Jobs Portal.

Working with candidates

Where do new applicants appear?

Each role has an applicant drawer inside the dashboard. You can star, add notes, or export profiles to share with your team.

Can I message candidates directly?

Use the in-app messaging tab to keep conversations organized. Candidates receive email + push notifications.

How do talent recommendations work?

Our matching model highlights active candidates that align with your post. Invite them with one click to apply.
